Advance Training

Advanced training is all about fitness training specially designed for those who have sports injury but do not want to stop their daily exercises. We cannot avoid getting injured, it can happen anytime out of our expectation such as shoulder injuries, knee injuries, sprain or strain. Most athletes who are injured will always worry about losing their stamina or strength if they stop practicing for a long period. An advanced workout which is accepted and approved by physician will be carried out for them to maintain their fitness.

TRAINING MODULE

Sore Shoulders

We suggest various shoulder-friendly exercise modifications such as Floor Press for those who have hurt their shoulders.

Sore Hips

Full range squats must be replaced by half box squats or others which are less aggravating to hip joint.

Sore Knees

You are going to start with a simple strengthening exercises for quadriceps which need less knee flexion.

I was once very upset of the injuries on my waist and hip because of improper gym workout and I was warned not to do gym too aggressively after all till I met GRBA. They give me chances to continue workout again with some special modules.
