Badminton is considered the fastest sports among all racket sports where a shuttlecock can reach a speed of up to 90.0 m/s (201 mph). It is not only about the speed of a shuttlecock, strength, fitness, stamina, movement training, smashing and speed of a player are as well needed to be trained while playing so they can respond and run as fast as they can during a match.
